Rain and Hills began on a wet afternoon in Liberec, when clouds sat so low that the hills disappeared and the city felt like a drawing waiting to be finished. Since then I walk the streets with a camera and one quiet question: what are we not looking at? A concrete staircase by the river. A tired shopping centre. A road sign standing where it should not. I photograph these places, then redraw them in black and white, keeping only what matters. Every drawing is a small love letter to an ordinary town somewhere between the rain and the hills.
